This book is a great book to get another basic understanding of Chines medicine. It will go through the theory of Chinese medicine and how it works. It is a good starting point to learn more about Chinese medicine.

This book was written by Dr. Dan Keown and explains how western medicine validates the theories of Chinese medicine. Dr. Keown also shows how Chinese medicine explains many of the different questions and mysteries of the body that western medicine doesn’t.

This book is written by Dr. Radine Lewis. She is one of the foremost experts on Chinese medicine and fertility. She has helped thousands with fertility issues, and through Chinese medicine has helped many women conceive. Chinese Martial Arts, Tai Chi, and Kung Fu Books

Tai Chi In 10 Weeks: A Beginner’s Guide

This book is a basic overview of Tai Chi and how to practice Tai Chi. It will explain the benefits of Tai Chi, and principles of practice. You will learn how to really practice Tai Chi. The book does teach the 24 movement Yang style Tai Chi which is different from the Old Yang Style that Master Lu teaches. The principles are all the same however. The principles taught in this book will help you learn more about Tai Chi.

The Harvard Medical School Guide to Tai Chi: 12 Weeks to a Healthy Body, Strong Heart, and Sharp Mind (Harvard Health Publications)

This is a great book on Tai Chi and modern research that has been done. There is evidence based research that shows how Tai Chi has been effective for many different health conditions.

Tai Chi Chuan Classical Yang Style: the Complete Form and Qigong

This book is written by Dr. Yang Jwing Ming. He is one of the foremost masters of Tai Chi here in the United States. This book is a great overview of the history of Tai Chi, principles of practice, and qi gong. Dr. Yang teaches his Yang style Tai Chi in this book. If you are just beginning or want to learn more about Tai Chi philosophy, then this book will help you learn more.

Art of Shaolin Kung Fu: The Secrets of Kung Fu for Self-Defense, Health, and Enlightenment (Tuttle Martial Arts)

This book is written by Master Wong Kiew Kit. He explains the history of Chinese martial arts both external styles and internal styles. It is a good overview of the development and history of Chinese martial arts. He also explains basic principles of practice that can be practiced in all forms of martial arts.

Master Lu has been practicing Acupuncture and Chinese martial arts for over 40 years. He was one of the first Licensed Acupuncturist in the state of Utah. He was trained in Taiwan in both Acupuncture and Chinese martial arts mainly Northern Shaolin Kung Fu and Old Yang Style Tai Chi. Master Lu was also twice national champion for full contact fighting in Taiwan.
