Shaolin Kung Fu: Originating from the Shaolin Temple in Henan Province, Shaolin Kung Fu is one of the most famous and influential styles. It emphasizes striking techniques, such as kicks and punches, as well as forms (known as "katas" in Japanese martial arts) that combine sequences of movements.

Tai Chi (Taijiquan): Tai Chi is known for its slow, flowing movements that emphasize relaxation, balance, and internal energy (qi or chi). It is practiced for health benefits, meditation, and self-defense. There are different styles of Tai Chi, such as Chen, Yang, Wu, and Sun styles, each with its own characteristics.

Master Lu has been practicing Acupuncture and Chinese martial arts for over 40 years. He was one of the first Licensed Acupuncturist in the state of Utah. He was trained in Taiwan in both Acupuncture and Chinese martial arts mainly Northern Shaolin Kung Fu and Old Yang Style Tai Chi. Master Lu was also twice national champion for full contact fighting in Taiwan.
